Findings:
Sherbet

| Acidic, sweet, sour, a bit tangy, bubbly, a cooling effect on mouth and throat. |
Colour
| White with a little bit of a pinkish colour. |
Conclusion:
The sherbet was a success it had the right amount of sourness and sweetness to it. It also changes your tongue colour. It had a cooling effect on my mouth and throat too. Anyways it was a pretty successful sherbet
