Ingredients:
- 6 Eggs - white and yolk
- 6 tbs of flour
- 1/4 cream of tartar
- 6 tbs of white sugar
- Margarine
- Powdered sugar (optional)
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 365 degrees, on bake.
- Separate the egg white and yolk.
- In a mixing bowl put the egg white and the cream of tartar, and beat using a hand mixer in a slow-motion until it forms a soft, fluffy, and light mixture
- Gradually add sugar to the meringue.
- Beat the egg yolks, and gradually add it into the meringue.
- Repeat step number 3 but adding flour.
- Get a tray and place baking paper into it.
- Pour the mixture into the tray evenly, and gently tap and shake it into a hard surface so that the bubbles will pop.
- Place it in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- Check the bread to see if it is cooked by using a skewer or a toothpick and poking in the middle.
- Take the tray out and spread margarine on top of the bread, and sprinkle sugar on top of it.
- Place another baking paper on top of the bread, then put another tray on top of it and carefully flip it.
- Spear the margarine and sprinkle sugar on top of it.
- Gently roll the bread until it becomes a roll.
- Sprinkle some powdered sugar on it. (Optional)
